Light Cream Based Sauce Tortellini Pasta:
Tortellini pasta
Salt and Pepper
OLIVO Garlic
1 Cup white wine
¼ Cup half and half
3 Tablespoons OLIVO Butter
Pasta: add salt and OLIVO Garlic to the water to avoid sticking. Heat water over high heat. Boil pasta for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain water. Mix pasta and sauce in the saucepan and heat it for 2 minutes.
Sauce: mix 3 tablespoons of OLIVO Butter, ¼ Cup of half and half, and 1 Cup of white wine on a saucepan. Cook sauce until boil.
