Lime Tilapia:
4 fillets of Tilapia, about ½” thick
3 Onions
OLIVO Lime
¼ cup of All-purpose Flour
Salt and Pepper
Mix flour, salt and pepper and put it on a plate. Evenly cover tilapia fillets with mixed flour. Spray OLIVO Lime onto the cold cooking surface, and then cook fillets for about 3 minutes on each side or until it gets golden. Spray OLIVO Lime every time you turn over the tilapia, always taking care of open flame. Add onions and heat them for about 1 minute. Spray OLIVO Lime one more time and serve.
